The role of our Board of Supervisors:

The Supervisory Board is a controlling body.
The Supervisory Board has the task of advising, supporting, monitoring and controlling the Executive Board.
The Supervisory Board is the highest escalation instance.

It is the person of trust/confidentiality body vis-à-vis all bodies.
The Supervisory Board shall strive for/implement/propagate the Agile way of working.
