Kick-off NETU WEST
As the first and most important kick-off event, we have dedicated ourselves to the topic of a shortage of skilled workers. We want to address the topic of education here in connection with the thesis of countering the shortage of skilled workers and setting priorities through dedicated and targeted support and education.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR US AS NETU WEST?
We believe that we can make a real and valuable contribution with our expertise and our network. Access to young people, to their families, to their acquaintances and friends, to their community, all that, we can and we must provide.
Being able to secure professional perspectives and a future for employees, based on dedicated and clean development and competence planning, is an absolute must-have and also worth starting with. Here we can show what the current and future occupational fields and competences are, what is important, what their individual development can look like, how they can interpret and perceive the opportunities and hurdles of the future for themselves, all this is a special concern of our network.
Furthermore, from a company’s point of view, the issue of a shortage of skilled workers must be addressed from two perspectives.
On the one hand, in order to continue to ensure the future viability of the company, whether the right and relevant skills and competences are on board, how does this possibly not yet available knowledge develop within the workforce, how does the transformation into the Next Level Know How Exchange work and, above all, how do I counter demographic change and the age structure report, are some core aspects that we face and what do the concrete concepts and answers look like and what is our contribution as BizNet. With all this scope, we want to create a real competitive advantage for our companies by giving people working in Germany precisely these impulses along the way. Employees, companies and BizNet work hand-in-hand on the basis of the necessary and relevant competences and skill settings.
On the other hand, through targeted and supported immigration of skilled workers from the Turkish region, we want to and can help offer companies the right setting. Here we build on our network and offer targeted solutions.
These skilled workers are difficult to find in different sectors and areas.
THE CORE QUESTION IS HOW AND WHERE DO THE ANSWERS COME FROM?
Together with the relevant actors, we as BizNet want to pave and walk this path. This is just the beginning of our wonderful friendship and partnership. This is the first step in the direction where the WE and TOGETHER wins.
We want to take exactly this impulse into our families and businesses, to promise our children, youth, apprentices and employees a good and secure future through BizNet.
We want to participate and work on this by quickly forming working groups and expert committees and by all of us pulling together to implement them.
